We have numerous depot locations around Edmonton and area where you may place your order and payment. Please keep in mind that the depot location you choose to pay to will be the location of pick-up. We operate through a pay for use model. Members must place and pay for orders before the order deadline on the first Friday of the month Please read further for important dates.

Please keep in mind that we buy what is in season and what is on sale. At the moment we are accepting cash payments only for in-person orders. Orders online can use standard methods of payment. Below is a breakdown and example of a food basket. Place your orders at the depot location most convenient for you! The health and safety of employees and Edmontonians is our top priority.

You are considered fully vaccinated 14 days after your final dose of vaccine two doses of AstraZeneca, Moderna or Pfizer, two doses of different vaccines such as AstraZeneca and Pfizer, or one dose of Janssen vaccine. For people residing outside of Alberta, we will accept the immunization record issued by your province or territory.

For international travellers, proof of full vaccination of World Health Organization approved vaccine s and valid identification will be accepted. All individuals 18 years and older must show a valid photo identification when presenting vaccination documentation to confirm their identity.

Children and youth under the age of 18 are not asked for photo identification or proof of age. Physical activity is important for the overall health and well-being of youth. However, City facilities are used by youth and adults simultaneously, requiring a consistent entry process. To enhance safety among all users at facilities, consistent requirements are in place for these age groups. Children aged 12 plus 10 weeks to 17 must provide either proof of full COVID vaccination, a valid medical exemption, or a negative COVID test result completed 72 hours prior to visiting a facility for any activity.

The City of Edmonton requires all youth participating in sport, school, and performance activities to meet these requirements. Please be patient with City staff as they review proper documentation. The City thanks everyone for their ongoing cooperation as we continue to implement the Restrictions Exemption Program and as we continue to work through our response to COVID The option remains for visitors to reserve a time to visit the Edmonton Valley Zoo or Muttart Conservatory.

You must book a time to visit John Janzen Nature Centre. Reserve time slots for these facilities at Move Learn Play. Food and drink is not permitted within recreation centres, attractions and arenas that do not have a food service provider.

In facilities with food services, food and beverages can be consumed in established areas. City Hall, pavilions and publicly accessible buildings in City parks, the Street Funicular, public washrooms, and indoor transit facilities will not require proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test, but are subject to the public health measures outlined for locations not involved in the Restrictions Exemption Program.

At City of Edmonton recreation centres, Edmontonians are not required to wear face coverings when actively engaged in water activities or physical activities. Please maintain a physical distance of 2 metres between yourself and others in public indoor locations and use hand sanitizers provided.
